Are you a confident, hands-on leader with a passion for operations and customer satisfaction? Caravan Fix Yatala is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to take the reins at one of our busiest and most established repair centres.

As part of a national network of specialist caravan and RV repairers, Caravan Fix is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment to lead the charge.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Yatala centre. You’ll manage people, processes, and performance to ensure the site operates efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

You’ll be supported by a capable head office team, but it’s your leadership on the ground that will drive results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a diverse team across repairs, administration and customer service

Managing workshop operations, job scheduling, and customer communication

Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance

Coordinating with insurers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Meeting KPIs around productivity, workflow and customer satisfaction

About You

You have a strong background in service operations, trades, or workshop management—and you're ready to lead from the front.

You’ll bring:

Proven leadership in a trade, automotive, or service environment

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A people-first mindset with a focus on results and team culture

The ability to work with structure, pace and attention to detail

Experience using online management systems (iBody preferred)

Ability to understand basic financial reporting, including P&L and budgeting knowledge

A valid forklift licence
