They are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and people-focused Senior Client Manager to lead a top-notch, productive team to deliver unmatched service to clients. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with autonomy and liaise directly with clients and stakeholders to provide strategic guidance for growth through tax planning, annual compliance and structural advice.
Additionally, annual performance-based bonuses are paid reflecting both individual and company-wide success!
In this leadership position, some of your key responsibilities will be:
Maintaining and growing a portfolio of over 200 small businesses across an exciting range of industries
Managing tax compliance for your client portfolio, including delegation and review of work
Delivering tailored tax advice and solutions aligned with client needs
Building and nurturing strong professional relationships
Mentoring, developing, and leading your team to success, with hands-on training and support
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will:
Have a minimum of 12–18 months experience as Manager in a reputable firm
Communicate professionally and proactively with both internal and external stakeholders
Possess excellent technical knowledge across tax and accounting standards
Be passionate about team leadership and professional development
Be CA or CPA qualified
