About the Role

This role supports Salesforce Public Sector Solutions by leading user experience design and driving adoption. You will design interfaces for portals and consoles, conduct user research, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, and contribute to change management to enhance system uptake and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit user persona journeys and design user interfaces for Salesforce
• Create wireframes and prototypes using Visio or similar tools
• Conduct user research to inform ongoing improvements
• Ensure UX compliance with WCAG 2.0 and government policies
• Support training, onboarding, and change management programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to meet business needs

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in Salesforce user experience design roles
• Certified Salesforce UX Designer with Lightning and Omnistudio skills
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.0 and accessibility design standards
• Experience designing for portals and consoles in Public Sector Solutions
• Skilled in user research, stakeholder engagement, and documentation
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci

Existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
