This Federal Government agency is looking for a Product Designer to join a growing digital team delivering smarter, more user-focused procurement experiences for the public sector.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in improving the usability, accessibility, and engagement of a high-profile government platform.

Key Repsonsbilities:

• Collaborate with user researchers and product managers to deeply understand user needs and behaviours
• Create and iterate intuitive designs and user flows that meet accessibility and usability standards
• Prototype and present design concepts at varying levels of fidelity using tools like Figma and Miro
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Maintain internal design systems to support scalable and cohesive user experiences
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and human-centred design principles to every aspect of the design process
• Ensure continuity of user experience across the platform and across devices

Key Skills and Experinece:

• Strong experience designing responsive, accessible digital products and services
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with researchers, developers, and stakeholders
• Expertise in Figma, Miro and similar design/prototyping tools
• Comfortable working in agile environments with evolving priorities
• Bonus points for experience or understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals
