We’re seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to step into a float position, providing high-level administrative and legal support across a variety of practice areas including Workers Compensation, Insurance Litigation, Workplace Relations and Wills & Estates. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is confident navigating different legal teams and workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing multiple calendars, court deadlines and reminders
• Preparing files, legal and court documents, and general correspondence
• Filing court documents online across various jurisdictions
• Maintaining both digital and physical files
• Booking meetings, appointments and coordinating travel
• Typing and collating documents with high attention to detail
• Assisting with billing, time entries and invoice finalisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally across a few legal disciplines
• Proactive and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion
