Based in the Sydney CBD, this role is ideal for someone with litigation experience who thrives in a professional environment.

The Role

▪️ Diary and travel management for two senior lawyers

▪️ Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and briefs

▪️ Electronic file and matter management using Practice Evolve

▪️ Preparing affidavits, statements, and client engagement documents

▪️ Monthly billing, file closure, and overflow support across admin team

About You

▪️ 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary

▪️ Background in litigation or employment law required

▪️ Comfortable supporting senior-level lawyers

▪️ Confident in billing, file management, and client comms

▪️ Proactive, organised, and team-oriented
