Do you enjoy working closely with a supportive and collaborative team while making a difference in the healthcare industry? Do you have experience with NDIS, Aged Care Packages, DVA, Proda or Raptor?
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Aged and Community Care team, where no two days are ever the same! You will play a pivotal role in supporting both Aged Care facilities, and Community Care customers, by:
Handling inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability for a range of healthcare consumables.
Process quotations/credit notes on a timely basis.
Ensure all invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
Check NDIS or Aged Care Funding for Self, Agency or Managed Accounts.
Ensure correct dates are included in the sales order and return dates on transfer orders
Providing updates on ETA of deliveries and ensuring accurate information is communicated to clients.
Ensure the ERP system is used to track all movements of inventory.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
About you!
Previous customer service experience with community customers, or healthcare industry will be ideal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Admin skills are a must.
A proactive attitude and the ability to handle customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
You have a positive and collaborative attitude to work continuously with the team to improve service delivery and customer experience
