Our client - a market-leading business in the Plumbing, Electrical, and Roofing services space - is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in the trades or services industry who's ready to step into a career with structure, stability, and clear room for growth.

Stable, full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with a little extra paid time each day.
Generous pay: $75,000 + Super + paid daily overtime at time-and-a-half.
Great earning potential: Overtime adds up to an additional $135 per week!

What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers - no cold calling, just genuine service.
Providing helpful and accurate info about services and promotions.
Resolving inquiries and coordinating bookings with technicians.
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate CRM records.
Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Hitting performance targets while maintaining a friendly, professional approach.
About you:
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the trades or services industry.
Clear and confident communication - both over the phone and in writing.
Great listening skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
Comfortable working with call volumes and performance goals.
Basic tech proficiency - CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
