What You Will Do:
Coordinate hiring and recruitment activities including advertising about job vacancies, interviewing candidates, and facilitating testing and selection processes.
Provide advice and guidance to management on workplace policies, staff performance issues, and disciplinary procedures
Organise onboarding and staff inductions, provide information on salaries, benefits, and advancement pathways
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records
Communicate current job vacancies internally and externally, and liaise with employers and job seekers
Negotiate employment terms and conditions
Mediate workplace disputes and conflicts
Analyse and interpret employment legislation, awards, agreements, and employment contracts
Develop and implement workplace relations programs and enterprise agreements
Establish and support consultative committees and initiatives to improve employee participation
What You Should Have:
Relevant qualification, training, and experience with Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, HR systems, and workplace relations frameworks
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
