The role

We are looking for a pro-active and organised HR Administrator to join our human resources team, reporting to the National HR Manager, the position encompasses a variety of responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the HR team and wider business.

Reviewing HR processes and procedures, suggesting improvements as required

Maintaining our HR systems documentation in line with agreed standards

Analysing reports and assisting to build bespoke reports to provide the business with relevant and required insight

Assist in the management of the employee life cycle

Assist managers with following recruitment processes and completion of employment documents within the HR system

To be successful in this position you will need to have:

Highly developed emotional intelligence and proven experience in providing high-quality customer service to our stakeholders

A keen interest in building knowledge of our human resources system

Strong admin and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn

Experience with use of Microsoft Office

A basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

Interest in working with employees and sub-contractors

Transport background desirable but not essential
