Randstad is recruiting two roles with a federal government agency in Geelong, supporting service delivery and improvements across the disability provider sector through provider engagement and issue resolution.

APS5 - Provider Engagement Officer
This role supports the provider network by assisting with communication, onboarding, coordination, and issue resolution. It's a people-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and supporting service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Help write or review content for websites, FAQs, and other materials for providers and internal teams
• Work with Stakeholders to solve local issues
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure they have a positive experience
• Identify and manage risks in stakeholder relationships
• Help create and share resources that support the provider sector and improve understanding of provider needs
• Assist in preparing formal documents like reports, briefings, and ministerial correspondence
• Support projects

APS6 - Provider Engagement Officer
This is a more senior role focused on building strong provider relationships, solving complex issues, and contributing to long-term service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and contribute to content for internal and external use, including website updates, FAQs, and stakeholder resources
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to address local service delivery issues
• Effective resolution of enquiries
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Identify and manage risks in stakeholder relationships
• Contribute to the development and promotion of tools and resources that support growth
• Draft or contribute to formal documents, including ministerial briefs, reports, and parliamentary correspondence
• Lead project planning, delivery, and evaluation of provider engagement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and complex issues
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills
• Experience in government
• Project management (APS 6)
• Expereince in a similar role
