The Role

As our HR Lead, you’ll be a strategic partner to our leadership team, owning the HR function and driving initiatives that fuel our growth while keeping our people at the core. Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead HR strategies that align with Araveco’s vision and growth objectives.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.

Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on performance, engagement, and employee relations.

Foster a values-driven, inclusive culture that inspires and empowers.

Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, modern awards, and best-practice policies.

Design and implement professional development programs to support career growth.

Refine and maintain robust HR systems, processes, and documentation.

What You Bring

Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, ideally in dynamic or scaling organizations.

In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and HR compliance requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a knack for turning ideas into action.

Expertise in managing HR operations, from systems to processes.
