Arc Tile Design PTY LTD, a growing leader in premium tiling and custom stone fabrication, is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our projects and team in Wingfield.

About the Role:

· Manage daily operations, job scheduling, and workflow

· Lead and support tiling and stone fabrication teams

· Coordinate with clients, office staff, and the director

· Assist with quoting and estimating new projects

· Step in on tools and on-site when needed

· Ensure high safety, quality, and customer standards

About You:

· Proven experience in operations or team leadership (construction/tiling/stone preferred)

· Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Hands-on, proactive approach

· Trade background and driver’s licence essential
