With high barriers to entry due to patented technology, this business is ambitious and are enjoying a period of expansion and growth servicing blue chip organisations.

About the role
As a result of recent growth the business is looking for an Accounts Clerk on a 6 month full time basis.
Reporting into the Senior Bookkeeper, you will be joining a tight-knit, experienced and welcoming team. This role will allow you to build on your current accountancy experience. For the ambitious amongst you, there is opportunity to improve the system processes to showcase your skills in that area.

Some WFH can be facilitated in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales quotes
• Daily Bank reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable Invoicing
• Maintaining and updating vendor files
• Sorting and matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies promptly
• Maintaining and updating vendor files
• Assisting the wider finance team in any ad-hoc tasks

Your Profile
This position is ideal for an Accounts Clerk who has had exposure accounts receivables. To hit the ground running and succeed in this role you will ideally have:

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience
• Openness to improve processes
• A good team player who thrives on a fast paced working environment
