Key Responsibilities

— Assist in the design and development of customized electronic security and renewable integration solutions under the direction of Technical Manager.

— Support the preparation of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with Australian standards and project specifications.

— Conduct technical analysis and research to inform solution design and component selection.

— Support system configuration and validation activities, providing engineering guidance to subcontractors and project teams to ensure correct implementation.

— Contribute to compliance processes, including preparation of draft documentation and assisting in risk assessments under supervision.

— Provide engineering support to clients and internal stakeholders, offering guidance on system capabilities and best-practice configurations.

— Provide engineering input to the development of improved technical solutions and support the preparation of technical documentation to enhance customer outcomes.

— Engage in structured professional development, including mentoring, on-the-job training, and participation in technical workshops.

Skills & Experience Required

- Related bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

- at least 1 year experience in design and implementation of electronics/security systems.

- Familiarity with Australian Standards relevant to electronic security and electrical installations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus for collaboration with international partners.

- Proficiency in producing technical documentation.

- Ability in identifying opportunities for technological innovation.
