Our centre is a busy and dynamic practice, composed by a team of specialists in gastrointestinal and surgical field.

You will join our friendly administrative team and work collaboratively with our clinical specialists to deliver high quality care to our patients.

We are seeking candidates who have

• a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• strong computer literacy
• excellent communication skills, written and verbal and able to communicate with a range of people
• the ability to work independently, show initiative
• the ability to work productively within a team environment

Desirable:

• working knowledge of Windows-based software systems (e.g. Word and Excel)
• an understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule
• an understanding of medical and allied health terminology
• multilingual (Cantonese or Mandarin)
