About the Role
Currently, we have a position available for a Full time Medical Receptionist at our specialist consulting rooms in Randwick.
This is an interesting and varied position and, in this role, you will act as a receptionist for doctors consultation clinics and:
Liaise with patients and medical practitioners.
Schedule consultation appointments and day hospital procedures
Manage patient records and correspondence.
Conduct invoicing and receipting of patient accounts.
Undertake daily banking reconciliation and other reception duties.
About You
As the successful applicant, you will ideally have experience in a similar position working with Specialists. You will also preferably have:
Knowledge of medical administrative tasks
Knowledge of medical and procedural billing (highly desirable)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Excellent computer literacy, adept with MS-Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Genie software - an advantage but not essential
This position would be suited to a candidate looking for a long-term position. SEG is part of a larger group and there are opportunities for staff growth and development.
