We’re opening an exciting new pizza shop in Helensvale, and we’re looking for an experienced and energetic Front of House Manager to help build and lead our team from the ground up.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day front of house operations

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing FOH team

Ensure outstanding customer service at every touchpoint

Manage bookings, customer flow, and complaint resolution

Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Monitor staff performance and manage rosters

Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards

About You:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

A hands-on attitude and lead-by-example approach

Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm in busy service periods

Barista or POS experience (desirable)

Available evenings and weekends
