About The Role:
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading the floor team and ensuring high-quality service during both the busy weekend trade and relaxed weekday shifts. You'll be the face of the café, creating a friendly and efficient environment where customers feel valued and want to return. With strong focus on customer engagement, leadership, and maintaining service flow, you'll play a key role in continuing the café's great reputation.

Your Skills and Experience:
* Strong barista skills
* Open and receptive to feedback
* Ability to manage table service and sequence of service confidently
* Leadership style that's firm but friendly - team motivator
* Able to handle fast-paced service, multitask, and manage priorities
