OUR OPPORTUNITY
Are you passionate about branding, communications and marketing? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation as our Communications and Community Engagement Lead. This pivotal role is part of our Marketing team and will work closely with the Manager Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement to work towards Cafs vision and develop our brand in the community.
ABOUT YOU
You are a dedicated professional with demonstrated experience supporting brand, communication and marketing initiatives. With qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Engagement or a related discipline, and hands-on experience in in a similar role, you have the skills to create an impact within our organisation.
Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels enables you to build strong relationships and tailor campaigns and publications to align with organisational goals. You are not just an innovator but also a results-driven individual who thrives on improving processes and fostering a culture of continuous development.
Skills and attributes:
- You are highly adaptable, organised, and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to inclusion & diversity
- You have the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from internal Leadership to external vendors
- Ability to provide subject matter marketing expertise to our Leadership and work within our Cafs Brand Guidelines
- A passion to represent Cafs at community events
- Experience with tenders and grant submissions
- A contemporary approach to social media engagement
