An exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as a casual Warehouse Assistant QLD is now available. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will need to be highly organised, reliable, be able to work autonomously, be a problem solver and be a team player. This is a seasonable, casual position with average hours expected to be offered between 15-30 per week from July to December.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders in accordance with the priorities set by the Warehouse Manager and policies set by the business

Assisting with receiving inbound stock

Assisting with undertaking ‘spot’ and rolling stocktakes in accordance with the systems prescribed

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and having a proactive approach to keeping a clean and tidy workspace.

This role requires:

The ability to prioritise, work under pressure and show initiative

High levels of organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy

Strong problem-solving skills

Commitment to customer service excellence

A good attitude, a strong work ethic and highly motivated to produce consistently high-quality results

A desire to effectively contribute to the success of the warehouse and wider team

Physically fit, able to lift cartons, traverse stairs and assist in unloading containers

Reliable transport is essential to this position.
