About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Team Member who has a focus on shipping container unloading to join our growing team.

This role plays a key part in supporting our warehouse operations and has a focus on unloading shipping containers as they arrive. Specifically lifting heavy boxes (10kg to 35kg) repetitively, moving them from the container (front to back of container) and stacking them on sorting pallets. In an area approximately 15 meters from where the container is.

This is a labour intensive role, there is a lot of lifting boxes, to knee, hip and chest height. Candidates need to be able to show a willingness to this role.

When there are no shipping containers to be emptied, the role will performing general warehouse tasks including picking and packing customer orders with precision and care and warehouse maintenance and cleaning.

All positions in the Warehouse are expected to help us maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised space to keep everything running smoothly with a prioritisation on health, safety and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Container Unloading: Unloading boxes of product in boxes from containers (10kg to 35kg) repetitively and stacking them on sorting pallets. In an area approximately 15 meters from where the container is.

Picking & Packing: Select the right items with care, pack them securely, and include any collateral for a polished unboxing experience.

Warehouse Support: Maintain stock organisation, assist with container unloading, and keep the workspace clean, tidy, and safe.

Team Contribution: Pitch in across tasks, adapt to what’s needed, and work flexibly to help us deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:

Previous experience working in a role with high physical demand relating to lifting and moving boxes.

A proven eye for detail.

Ability to learn processes and procedures and follow them.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with warehouse systems, barcoding, or inventory software.

A forklift licence or formal training in warehouse or retail operations.

Background in the fashion industry, especially with premium or luxury brands.

Availability

You have a right to work 38 hours per week in Australia with no sponsorship requirements.

We’re seeking someone who’s open to flexible shifts, especially during seasonal peaks.

You are available between 7:30am and 5pm for various length shifts across Monday to Saturday, with a focus on Monday to Wednesday.

Fitness for Work Requirement

Comply with Health and Safety to maintain a safe working environment.

Able and willing to wear PPE.

Ability to lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights, often up to 35 kg, and perform repetitive tasks that require bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.

Ability to sweep, mop, bend, twist, use a vacuum cleaner and general warehouse cleaning and maintenance equipment without injury to yourself or others in the workplace.

Ability to concentrate, follow instructions, and make quick decisions to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Free from any medical conditions that could impair their ability to work safely.

Ability to manage fatigue and maintain alertness, especially for those working in shifts or extended hours.
