About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Team Member who has a focus on stock returns and folding to join our growing team.

This role plays a key part in preparing returned customer and shoot stock for restocking, ensuring all items are cleaned, steamed or ironed, and folded to SABO standards. It also involves reviewing faulty or damaged items in line with company procedures and restocking processed items.

This is an attention to detail role, the successful candidate needs to ne able to concentrate for long levels of time and be comfortable sitting a sorting table managing stock, lifting boxes, bending, twisting and performing fine motor skills tasks.

Where stock returns and folding are low, the role will performing general warehouse tasks including picking and packing customer orders with precision and care and warehouse maintenance and cleaning.

All positions in the Warehouse are expected to help us maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised space to keep everything running smoothly with a prioritisation on health, safety and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Stock Folding & Returns: Managing returned stock for restocking by cleaning, steaming and folding stock to SABO standards as well as reviewing faulty or damaged items in line with company procedures.

Picking & Packing: Select the right items with care, pack them securely, and include any collateral for a polished unboxing experience.

Warehouse Support: Maintain stock organisation, assist with container unloading, and keep the workspace clean, tidy, and safe.

Team Contribution: Pitch in across tasks, adapt to what’s needed, and work flexibly to help us deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:

Previous experience working in a role with high attention to detail.

Experience working for long periods of time sitting and standing whilst performing tasks.

Ability to learn processes and procedures and follow them.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with warehouse systems, barcoding, or inventory software.

Background in the fashion industry, especially with premium or luxury brands.

Availability

You have a right to work 38 hours per week in Australia with no sponsorship requirements.

We’re seeking someone who’s open to flexible shifts, especially during seasonal peaks.

You are available between 7:30am and 5pm for various length shifts across Monday to Saturday, with a focus on Monday to Wednesday.

Fitness for Work Requirement

Comply with Health and Safety to maintain a safe working environment.

Able and willing to wear PPE.

Ability to lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights, often up to 35 kg, and perform repetitive tasks that require bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.

Ability to sweep, mop, bend, twist, use a vacuum cleaner and general warehouse cleaning and maintenance equipment without injury to yourself or others in the workplace.

Ability to concentrate, follow instructions, and make quick decisions to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Free from any medical conditions that could impair their ability to work safely.

Ability to manage fatigue and maintain alertness, especially for those working in shifts or extended hours.
