Role Overview
As a client success advocate, your role is the cornerstone of our customer relationships and financial health. You’re not just managing accounts—you’re nurturing partnerships. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of our clients' needs, you reach out with genuine care to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Your proactive approach in maintaining open lines of communication helps build trust and loyalty. Simultaneously, you work diligently to collect payments, ensuring our financial stability while maintaining positive client interactions. Your ability to balance empathy with efficiency turns transactions into relationships and problems into opportunities for growth, driving both client happiness and organisational success.
Responsibilities
Manage tasks based on urgency, such as invoices and follow-ups.
Reconcile bank statements with our records.
Contact clients to confirm service satisfaction and follow up on payments.
Handle questions about invoices and payments.
Track finance applications and resolve any issues.
Follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payments.
Work with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Create reports on receivables, payment trends, and collection performance.
Work Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Effective communicator who works well with a team.
Experience with Xero, Google Sheets, and Excel is a plus, but not required.
