We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support our Accounting/Finance Division in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to a Manager/Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the input of customer sales data and assist with sales report reconciliation.

Reconcile incoming payments against sales records.

Register and maintain customer and supplier information within our enterprise system.

Process employee reimbursements efficiently.

Provide essential support for month-end closing procedures.

Offer administrative coverage for team members during absences.

Handle various general administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Skills & Experience:

To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess:

1-3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting office.

Strong communication and exceptional time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP, would be a distinct advantage.
