About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Aluminium Window Fabricator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term career potential in a supportive and growing environment.

What you'll be doing:

o Accurately measure, cut, machine, and assemble aluminium windows and doors

o Operate hand and power tools, as well as fabrication machinery

o Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

o Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards

o Maintain a clean and organised workspace

o Follow company policies, procedures, and OH&S regulations

o Take pride in contributing to the overall success of our business

What we're looking for

o Prior experience in aluminium window fabrication is an advantage

o Ability to read drawings and interpret AWS Vantage system specifications

o Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

o Reliable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

o Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic

o Ability to follow instructions from Production Manager

o Understanding of workplace safety practices

o Must have permanent right to work in Australia
