We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys being part of a team, and is eager to learn and grow, you’ll fit right in.

This role is all about precision, teamwork, and delivering quality. You’ll be working on our semi-automated powder coating production line, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Whether you’re new to manufacturing or have experience in the industry, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

• Powder Coating Operations – Operate and maintain the powder coating spray booth, ensuring high-quality finishes on all products.
• Quality Control – Pay close attention to detail to ensure all products meet Criterion’s stringent quality standards.
• Health & Safety – Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to safety breaches and follow all safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with your team to meet production targets and support operational performance.
• Workspace Maintenance – Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
• Documentation – Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
