Elles Belles Early Learning Cheltenham campus is a privately owned long day care and Kindergarten consisting of 6 rooms, a beautiful spacious dining room, large custom made fish tank and a mindfulness room for all age groups to utilise. Elles Belles Early Learning Cheltenham campus cater's for up to 124 children a day and provides quality care/education for all children within the service.

Your Role:

Graduate Diploma or Bachelor (3 year old Kindergarten room)

Must be VIT registered

Hold a current First Aid qualification

Current Working With Children check

Most importantly, you are passionate about providing the best possible start in life for the children in your care

Responsibilities:-

Actively contribute to the education program in the room and within the team

Create and maintain a positive and inviting team culture

Comply with NQS and the company's Policies & Procedures

Support and maintain reflective practices including critical reflection and continuous improvement
