The Role

As a Novated Leasing Consultant, you’ll turn warm inbound leads into well-informed, financially confident customers. You’ll act as both educator and advisor, guiding individuals through complex decisions with clarity and care. This isn’t a volume game; it’s about value. You’ll join a fast-paced, high-performing team backed by strong systems, clear leadership and a model built for success. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries across phone, email and digital channels
• Uncover client needs through structured conversations and financial discovery
• Deliver expert guidance on novated leasing options and salary packaging benefits
• Generate quotes and product comparisons with clarity and confidence
• Own your pipeline from initial enquiry to conversion, using CRM systems effectively
• Work toward individual sales targets in a high-performing, values-led team

About You

• Experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, consumer finance or a related field
• Experience across both B2B and B2C sales is highly desirable
• A consultative sales style and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Strong communication skills and a naturally professional approach
• High attention to detail, commercial awareness, and solution-focused thinking
