We work with some of the best equipment in the industry, including La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos One, Puqpress, and Izaga, and we’re searching for an experienced coffee machine technician to lead our Technical Services Department.

🔧 About the Role

You’ll take the reins of our technical operations, ensuring our wholesale customers receive timely, professional service across all things espresso tech. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who wants to help shape the future of technical service at a premium coffee brand.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and carry out scheduled servicing and emergency repairs for our wholesale partners

Lead and manage service schedules, parts inventory, and customer communications

Install and calibrate commercial espresso machinery and grinders

Diagnose and resolve equipment issues with precision and efficiency

Develop and implement systems and processes for improved service delivery

Work closely with our sales, support, and roasting teams to ensure seamless customer experience

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience working with commercial coffee equipment

Strong technical knowledge of La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos One, Puqpress, and Izaga equipment (or similar)

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and lead a small team

Great communication and organisational skills

Full driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

Electrical license or restricted electrical license a big plus but not essential
