Carers and Disability Link (CADL) focus on delivering compassionate and personalised care across regional South Australia. Our four offices are based in Nuriootpa, Woodside, Clare and Kadina. CADL support Carers, people with disability, children and young people and people aged over 65 years.

CADL are currently seeking a skilled leader to join our Leadership Team on a 12-month contract. This position will oversee delivery of several client centered services including our Carer Support Program and the delivery of NDIS Support Coordination. This role is being offered as part time or full time, preferably in our Nuriootpa office, however this is negotiable.

The role requires experience in leadership, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. The successful candidate will display an understanding of regional communities.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Providing leadership within a diverse organisation

Managing program budgets within role delegation

Supporting delivery of identified key performance indicators

Monitoring program risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

Overseeing compliance with legislation, regulations, standards, grant funding agreements and reporting responsibilities

Engaging with stakeholders and representing the organisation

Essential requirements for the role include:

Demonstrated experience in leadership

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

High-level of organisational skills and time management

Experience in managing projects within timeframes and budgets to achieve required outcomes

Knowledge of services for people with disability, Carers and children and young people

Understanding of regional communities
