As a full-time role based in Wagga Wagga NSW 2650, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their design concept, product selection, advice, order fulfillment and sales.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their flooring and window furnishing needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Guide customers through their selection and purchasing process.

Manage customer orders and liaise with our installation team to ensure a seamless experience.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer expert advice.

Assist with merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting shopping environment.

Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store by meeting individual and team targets.

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, prefered but not essential in the retail or home improvement sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our flooring solutions.

Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional customer experience.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.

Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
