A Sales Consultant and Brand Ambassador in Heinemann are our representatives to showcase our fabulous assortments ranging from alcohol, beauty, and fashion in our Heinemann Sydney International and Domestic Airport stores.

What to expect on this event

The Recruitment Evening will be hosted by Heinemann on the 2nd July 2025 at the Heinemann Support Office in Mascot, NSW 2020. We are looking for exceptional FULL TIME and PART TIME Sales Consultant and Brand Ambassadors to join our team at Sydney International Airport and Sydney Domestic Airport! You will get the chance to learn more about Heinemann, to be in a group for fun activities and interview, a chance to win a gift pack of some of our Heinemann assortments, and lastly, a chance to be part of the Heinemann family.

For Brand Ambassador in our Beauty Department, we have an exciting number of luxurious brands to represent such as: DIOR, Givenchy, Tom Ford, Jo Malone, Caudalie, Penhaligons, KORA Organics, MAC, Lancome, and many more…

As a Sales Consultant or Brand Ambassador you will

Have previous experience in Retail, where you have maximized sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence

Use your product knowledge and strong communication skills to go above and beyond a customer's expectations

Able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs

Be a team player that is committed to achieving personal and team goals

What you should bring along

Previous experience within retail

A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience

Immaculate personal presentation

Strong communication skills
