The Role: Carpenter

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter who takes pride in delivering top-quality work and thrives in a collaborative team.

Your responsibilities will include:

First and second fix carpentry, including roofing repairs & installs

Internal fit-outs – doors, skirting, cabinetry, windows, fixtures

Structural repairs and maintenance

Reading and interpreting plans & site measures

Keeping job sites safe, clean, and efficient

Using AroFlo job management system (training provided)

Mentoring apprentices and contributing to our positive team dynamic

Representing WA iBuild with professionalism and care

What You’ll Bring:

Proven carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial work

Confidence using hand and power tools

Keen eye for detail and solid technical knowledge

Great communication and team spirit

White Card, police clearance, valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):

Working at Heights, First Aid, EWP, or plant equipment tickets
