We’re seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Officer to join the team at our Darwin branch. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone with contact centre experience and strong administrative skills. Preference will be given to candidates with CRM knowledge — especially Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions
• Book and schedule recurring services, including grease trap servicing
• Advise customers on compliance matters (e.g., OHS and sewerage regulations)
• Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes
• Manage and resolve disputes with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Update customer service records with new purchase orders, access details, and instructions

Requirements & Experience

Essential:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team

Desirable:

• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Prior experience in scheduling, waste management, or logistics-related roles
