The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join their Growth and Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who brings both creative flair and strategic thinking to content creation across multiple marketing channels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating engaging external communications that resonate with diverse audiences
• Writing compelling EDM/SMS content and building automated customer journeys
• Crafting and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
• Supporting broader marketing strategies and national advertising campaigns
• Amplifying the company's brand story and public presence

What We're Looking For Essential Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years in marketing and/or communications roles
• Strong copywriting abilities across multiple channels: EDMs, social media, website, articles
• Proven ability to write high-quality, platform-specific content
• Experience using marketing platforms for EDMs/SMS and push notifications
• Understanding of customer segmentation and audience targeting
• Ability to interpret data and refine content strategies based on insights

Highly Desirable

• Experience with content automation and customer journey creation
• Background in financial services or regulated industries
