The opportunity

Vacenti is seeking a Full-time Communications Coordinator to join Sales and Marketing Team at our Mount Gravatt, Head-Office, QLD. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this person is responsible for managing and executing both internal and external communication strategies to support the organisation’s mission and objectives.

This role plays a key part in enhancing the organization’s brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging, and leveraging digital tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Teams, Vita, Microsoft Viva, SharePoint and Canva. Working closely with the Marketing team, the Communication Administrator will uphold high attention to detail to deliver clear, engaging, and effective communication.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and implement internal and external communication plans in collaboration with relevant departments.

Manage content creation and distribution across newsletters, updates, and digital platforms.

Ensure all communications align with branding and organizational standards.

Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute email campaigns and engagement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and segmented contact lists and analyse campaign performance metrics.

Collaborate on digital and social media content creation and scheduling using tools like Canva.

Assist in crisis communication planning and execution in collaboration with senior
management.

Regularly coordinate surveys and feedback mechanisms to evaluate communication
effectiveness.

Support and maintain the Vita app, Microsoft Viva and SharePoint with timely updates to engage residents and families.

Promote effective use of Microsoft Teams and other Vacenti approved communication channels for internal communication and collaboration.

Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

Proofread and quality-check all communications for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.

To be successful in this position you will need:

Proven experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

Strong proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, Microsoft Viva, Teams, Canva, and other digital communication tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Understanding of aged care regulations and confidentiality requirements is desirable.
