Job Overview:

As the Marketing Specialist at Bing's Nomiya, you will drive the restaurant's growth

through strategic marketing initiatives that highlight our premium wagyu dining

experience. You'll leverage data-driven insights to develop campaigns, manage our

digital presence, and position Bing's as Mackay's premier destination for authentic

Japanese-Australian Wagyu Cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct competitor analysis of local dining establishments to identify market

trends and opportunities;

 Analyse customer feedback and sales data to evaluate campaign

effectiveness;

 Research consumer preferences to inform menu development and pricing

strategies

 Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple

channels;

 Create compelling promotional materials highlighting the restaurant's wagyu

specialties

 Prepare advertising schedules and manage promotional budgets

 Manage all digital platforms including website, social media

(Instagram/Facebook/TikTok), and Google My Business;

 Develop engaging content that communicates the brand's premium wagyu

positioning

 Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain brand reputation

 Coordinate special dining events and collaborations with local businesses

 Oversee photography and videography of menu items for marketing use

 Manage relationships with food influencers and local media

Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

 Strong knowledge of market research techniques, digital marketing strategies,

and branding.

 Proficiency in social media management, Google Analytics, and marketing

automation tools.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Be willing to move to regional area.

Salary and Benefits: Salary Range: $80,000to $90,000, depending on experience

and qualifications.
