Do you enjoy working with couples and groups to help create a memorable experience and their perfect celebration? Then come and join us at Bangor Vineyard Shed.

We are looking for a dynamic Weddings, Functions & Events Coordinator to lead our vibrant calendar of events, from intimate workshops to large long-table dinners and stunning vineyard weddings. You will work alongside our fantastic front of house and kitchen team to respond to enquiries, and coordinate the preparation and running of weddings and events.

This position will suit someone who:

is engaging and friendly

is super organised, with exceptional attention to detail

preferably has experience with hospitality, events and weddings (not essential)

is experienced in MS Word, MS Excel

is confident with social media and basic design tools

This is a part-time position (with the option for full-time), with a mix of on-site and at-home work. Flexible hours with some weekend and evening work required.
