Our client, a government agency dedicated to managing Australia's impartial and independent electoral system, is looking to engage an experienced Incident Manager to join their team at their Canberra office.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating responses to security incidents affecting vital electoral infrastructure. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks, manage incident lifecycle processes, and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain system integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing incident detection, analysis, and resolution activities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the security posture of electoral systems.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant security policies and standards.
• Reporting on incident trends and recommending improvements.

The ideal candidate will hold an NV1 Security Clearance, have strong incident management experience in complex environments, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
