Factory Supervisor - Cabinet Maker looking for more....

Aspen Cabinets, located in Burpengary East, is looking to add a fully qualified, experienced Cabinetmaker to Supervise the Workshop & provide Onsite support when needed. You will have to have a go getter positive attitude, be able to read plans & think on your feet, liaise with all staff & customers, and most importantly - take pride in their work and the work we put out.

This is a long term position for the right candidate.

Option of Full or Part Time Position with minimum of 3 days per week.

Be trade qualified with previous Install experience

Excellent attention to detail and workmanship - monitor and maintain the quality of work produced in the factory ensuring Jobs are complete and ready to go.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency

Ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment

Able to use your own initiative

Motivated with Good work ethic

Excellent communication & problem solving skills

Must be punctual & reliable

Be able to keep work flow on track to meet deadlines

Must be neat, tidy and keep area safe

Need to be able to read/understand plans and 3D drawings

Knowledge of equipment such as CNC, Edge Banders & Panel Saws advantageous

Forklift license is well regarded but not essential

Have own tools

Full Australian driving license and own reliable transport.
