This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all factory operations. You’ll manage a small team in the production of custom cabinetry, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standards.

Proven industry experience in cabinetry/joinery

Strong communication and leadership skills

Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential

Ability to read plans and manage custom builds with precision
