The Company:

Over the years they've built up a loyal client and sub contractor base with a lot of their work being negotiated. Based from their NOR office, the projects they deliver range from $2m - $15m across Commercial, Education & Leisure.

The Role:

You'll be working alongside an experienced Project Manager responsible for scope of works, contact with vendors and sub contractors, sub contractor procurement, administering of contracts, monthly cost reporting etc, as well as some exposure to the front end of tendering a project.

About You:

• 3+ years experience as a CA in Commercial Construction
• Willingness to listen, learn and implement processes
• Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
• An all round positive attitude
