With ongoing growth and repeat clients, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Perth team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• Assess progress claims, variations, and contractual notices
• Maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting
• Assist the Project Manager with budgeting, scheduling, and compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

To Be Considered, You Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor procurement and contract law
• Experience working on commercial or medium-density residential projects up to $10M
• Excellent attention to detail, budgeting, and reporting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar
• Permanent residency or Australian citizenship
