We’re looking for a switched-on, commercially savvy Contract Administrator who knows the ins and outs of civil construction and is ready to hit the ground running. No FIFO. No camp food. Just great work, a great team, and a salary to match.

The Opportunity:

• Perth-based role – enjoy your own bed every night!
• Work hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
• CIRCA $150-160K Base Salary + Super
• Immediate start available, project is live!
• Be part of a well-established contractor with a solid pipeline of WA infrastructure work

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Administering head and subcontracts with precision and confidence
• Managing variations, progress claims, EoTs, RFIs, NoDs, and cost tracking like a pro
• Working closely with the site and project teams to ensure cost and contract outcomes are nailed
• Liaising with clients and subcontractors to keep everything tight and above board

What You’ll Need:

• Quantity Surveying degree (*non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on civil or concrete construction projects
• Proven track record working for civil contractors or construction companies in Australia/NZ or UK (*preferred)
• Solid understanding of contract law, construction methodologies, and project cost controls
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
