Our client is one of the world's leading Freight Forwarding companies. Based near Melbourne Airport, they are on the hunt for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join the team.

The Role
As a Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will involve:

• Data entry
• Administration work
• Dealing with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
• Communication with external and internal customers
• Liaising with clients to facilitate their orders
• Tracking shipments
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service

Requirements
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:

• At least 1+ year of experience in a Data Entry role
• Ability to thrive and keep up with a fast paced and high pressure environment
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• The desire to grow and form a long-term career within the company
• Experience in data entry in a freight forwarding/ logistics company highly desirable
• Positive personality and attitude
