Data Entry Operator – Large Utilities Company

• Based in Mornington VIC (onsite role, may be flexible WFH after a month)
• Flexible rates, approx. $40 p/h
• 12 week contract

Primary Purpose:

Support a compliance-driven project by downloading, renaming, and accurately recording files into internal systems.

Key Accountabilities:

• Download PDF documents from designated systems or platforms
• Rename and store files according to set naming conventions
• Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance and audit standards
• Maintain secure handling of sensitive or confidential information
• Flag any discrepancies or data quality issues for resolution

Essential Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience in data entry or document processing roles
• Familiarity with file management and renaming protocols
• Ability to follow strict procedures and compliance guidelines
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
