About Us

Based in Oakleigh South, this business is a supplier of glass products to the building and construction industry who is currently looking for an administrator to take ownership of their customers within the customer service department.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this role requires you to join the team to service your clients by phone or via email to make sure all deadlines and expectations are met. Working Monday to Friday 8am -4pm this is an ongoing casual role that will see you transitioning to fulltime after a successful 6-month probation period.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Data enter customer details, inquiries, and order requests accurately and promptly
• Actively contribute to customer service by assisting the team in various tasks
• Liaise with purchasing about stock levels and production to problem solve queries for customer orders
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information during data entry processes
• Respond promptly to email and phone communication to resolve data-related queries and discrepancies

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, demonstrating speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in using data entry software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced call centre environment.
