What will you be doing in this role:

• Handle tenant enquiries
• Encourage & follow up applications
• Schedule & run open homes
• Prepare open home packs
• Ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
• Prepare routine inspection reports
• Ad hoc support to the Property Manager
• Arrange key handovers

The right candidate will have:

• Organised and great at following a process
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Confident on the phone and in person
• Minimum 6 months real estate experience in leasing or reception
