We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters for multiple full-time opportunities across several clients in industrial and food manufacturing settings.

About the Roles:
Join dynamic maintenance teams where you’ll carry out mechanical servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of plant and equipment. These roles offer overtime opportunities and the chance to work in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities (will vary role to role):

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and plant equipment

Promptly diagnose and repair equipment when advised of a breakdown to ensure the continual operation of production is achieved

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and moving machinery

Welding tasks including gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and other basic fabrication duties

Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure minimal downtime

Adhere to WHS standards and site safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Trade qualified Fitter or Mechanical Fitter

Proven experience in industrial and/or food manufacturing environments

Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Proficient in welding highly desired (especially gas metal arc and basic fabrication)

Reliable, safety-focused and able to work autonomously or in a team

Additional Requirements

Current up to date resume

Proof of Right to Work in Australia (e.g., Australian Birth Certificate, Passport, or Permanent Residency Visa)

Successful applicants will be required to complete a Federal Police Check and Medical Test

Completion of Programmed Induction Documents is required prior to client interview
